YOUR ROLE
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end organization, governance, and delivery of multiple concurrent HRIS projects across the HR technology landscape. This role focuses on project structure, execution discipline, cross-functional coordination, and delivery follow-up, ensuring initiatives are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Portfolio & Project Delivery
- Manage a portfolio of HRIS initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, dependencies, and resource capacity.
- Own the full project lifecycle: intake, scoping, planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and closure.
- Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, delivery cadence, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to agreed delivery standards, governance, and Agile based execution practices.
HRIS Procedures & Process Support
- Work closely with management and HRIS staff to develop, document, and enhance HRIS procedures.
- Support assigned HR processes and systems, primarily SuccessFactors (MyHR), ensuring projects align with operational needs.
- Coordinate impacts to HR operations resulting from system changes, enhancements, or deployments.
Coordination, Analysis & Follow Up
- Act as the central coordination point across HR, HRIS, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
- Drive disciplined follow up on actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies across projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and make business focused recommendations to address delivery or process issues.
- Navigate ambiguity effectively, self directing work and helping teams identify logical next steps when direction is not fully defined.
Agile Execution & Stakeholder Communication
- Manage delivery using Agile methodology, applied pragmatically across multiple project types.
- Track progress, dependencies, and delivery status preferably using Jira
- Provide concise, executive ready status reporting to HR and HRIS leadership.
- Support global HRIS initiatives as an active team member across regions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, supporting enterprise HR systems and cross functional initiatives.
- 7+ years of project management experience using Agile methodology, managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
- experience in managing large, complex projects. Requires deep understanding of project management best practices and the ability to adapt them to various contexts.
Knowledge & Skills
- Functional exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (MyHR) in a delivery or support capacity.
- experience using a project management tool e.g. Jira for project and portfolio tracking.
- Proven ability to make business recommendations based on root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, self-direct work, and guide others toward solutions.
- Proven experience playing a key role in system implementation projects, including project management, data migration, process design, and user acceptance testing (UAT), project delivery.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
