THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're looking for a warm, organized, and client-focused Assistant Spa Manager to join the Chrysalis team. This is a dual-role position: you'll serve as the face of our front desk checking clients in and out, creating a white-glove experience from the moment they walk in while also taking on key administrative and operational responsibilities that keep the spa running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both connection and organization. You love people and you love systems. You're happiest when the day runs beautifully and you're the reason it does.

Location: 2615 Southwest Freeway, Suite 240 Upper Kirby District, Houston, TX 77098 Schedule: Full-time | Weekdays with alternating Saturdays | Monthly schedule provided at the start of each month
Compensation: Hourly | Commensurate with experience
Reports To: Spa Owner
Start Date: Immediate
