Under general supervision performs maintenance on building structural equipment to include but not limited to doors, door hardware, dry wall, wall framing systems, suspended ceilings, entry systems and floor covering systems. Essential Duties Summary - Inspects building systems. Modify spaces with structural wall modification. Documents discrepancies. Maintains building structure repairs. Maintains building equipment as required. Performs recoating, paint, and drywall. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Hiring Range - $26.46-$33.74
Education - High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent preferred.
Required Licensing/Certification - None required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Knowledge of: Procedures, best practices, and requirements. Routine, preventive, and corrective building maintenance. Requires some seasoning and experience beyond the entry level to conduct moderately complex work. Demonstrates general competence and growing knowledge and understanding of the overall function or discipline. Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications. Skill in: Problem-solving and decision-making. Multitasking and time management. Strong analytical. Both verbal and written communication. Ability to: Work independently. Communicate effectively.
Work Experience - Field experience or military experience may be substituted. Five (5) years previous building maintenance experience, including two (2) year experience in commercial construction.
