Performs routine maintenance and inspections to ensure continuous equipment uptime and operational readiness Maintains industrial machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks, hand and power tools Moves, assembles, installs or dismantles machinery Work to fix facility maintenance issues Learn to interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and sketches Learn to troubleshoot problems and make repairs or replace worn or broken parts as necessary May use equipment like forklifts, aerial lifters, and cranes to move heavy or unwieldy machinery May perform recycling duties in accordance with established processes Follows all work site safety requirements and regulations What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics A willingness to understand machinery; including gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, motors, pneumatics and hydraulics.
