The Material Handler is responsible for supporting the continuous operation of the plastic injection molding process by ensuring proper handling, conveying preparation, and supply of raw materials throughout the facility. This positio plays a critical role in maintaining material flow, equipment cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency across all production shifts. The Material Handler will work closely with Technicians, Receiving and Production personnel to maintain uninterrupted production in a high-speed injection molding environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Material Handling & Supply. Supply raw material to injection molding machines using loaders, vacuum conveying systems, gaylord boxes, and material transfer equipment Monitor and refill resin, repro, additive, and colorant systems as needed. Stage and transport materials using pallet jacks.
