Job Title

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on client and manual machines while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

12 to 15 years of experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and checklists.

Experience with client and manual equipment including multi-axis lathes and mills.

Experience working with industrial machinery and maintenance tools.

Experience assisting with installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Perform maintenance and repair on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Schedule and execute maintenance for client and manual equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance using checklists and procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

Assist in installation of new equipment.

Maintain equipment records and prepare maintenance reports.

Develop preventive maintenance checklists for operators.

Train team members in maintenance procedures and functional areas.

Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety policies.

Use appropriate tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Experience with Mazak machines and Mitsubishi electrical components.

Experience with EDM machines and industrial control systems.

Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Preventive maintenance planning.

Technical reporting and documentation.

Team training and collaboration.
