Job Details

Include the following:Oversee all aspects of parking and exterior property operations including traffic control, event staffing and coordination, hiring, training, exterior set-ups and changeovers, ADA compliance, lot and fence maintenance and repairs. Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue through process improvements, cost control, and innovative business solutions. Lead initiatives to minimize internal loss and prevent theft by strengthening operational controls and fostering accountability. Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, and senior leadership to analyze performance metrics and develop data-driven action plans. Evaluate workflows and recommend strategic improvements aligned with company objectives for sustainable growth.
