  • Demonstrated technical writing, data management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to travel and perform fieldwork up to 50% of the time
  • Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Preferred

  • 5+ years of consulting and/or field experience
  • Familiarity with NEPA, multi‑media permitting, and compliance documentation
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead wetland delineations using the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual and applicable Regional Supplements
  • Conduct habitat assessments, environmental impact analyses, and environmental due diligence for land development projects
  • Prepare technical reports, permit matrices, and compliance management plans
  • Support environmental assessments for renewable energy facilities, transmission lines, and major infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate closely with ERM Project Managers and Partners to deliver outstanding client outcomes
  • Manage quality, budget, and schedule expectations while supporting broader Impact Assessment team objectives
