Role Description

This is a temporary hybrid role for an experienced Private Duty Home Care Marketer/Community Liaison. Based in Houston, TX, this role allows for a combination of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, promoting Victory Private Care's services within the community, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing brand awareness. We are seeking a results-driven Private Duty Marketer who knows how to turn relationships into Private Pay clients. The role involves attending local events, engaging with healthcare professionals, and working collaboratively with the internal team to support client acquisition and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+years healthcare marketing experience (Private Duty preferred)
• Proven track record to generate referrals and admissions
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of home care services and an understanding of the needs of seniors and their families
• Proficiency with digital communications tools and the ability to develop marketing strategies
• Adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with the Houston, TX area and the local healthcare landscape is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
