The Design Consultant at Floor & Decor is the entry point into design and is responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor to support their design projects, conduct design appointments with customers to determine design needs in the selection of tile, wood, stone, and accessory products of various colors textures, patterns, and design. The Design Consultant will also partner with store leaders to maximize sales goals and expand the design services brand. Minimum Eligibility Requirements 1 years of retail/customer service experience. High school diploma and or GED - Proficient in basic mathematical skills. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite.
