As our Real Estate Project Delivery Project Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight for a portfolio of significant design and construction projects. You will be instrumental in delivering projects ranging from large, complex endeavors up to $250 million, to multiple smaller-scale projects that collectively reach this substantial value. Every day, you will act as the primary interface with Division Strategy and senior hospital leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and critical communication regarding capital projects. You will be directly responsible for managing project objectives, rigorously maintaining financial control through proactive budget management, accurate cash flow forecasting, and diligent resolution of project risks and contingencies.
