Description:

Call Center I is responsible for obtaining necessary information to verify and update all shipping information. They will handle inbound and outbound phone calls for this purpose. They will also contact patients when their study is complete to ensure the return of the cardiac monitor. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATION - Outbound/ Inbound calls to and from patients, practice, or the sales force to obtain missing or incomplete information - Release orders for shipment once all prerequisites are met. - Perform duties that retrieve company equipment - Generate and send recovery letters - Proficient in the use and mechanics of all Company Cardiac Event Monitors - Clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers - Provide prompt and friendly customer service - Earns others trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions. - Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
