The MMOM (Major Market Operating Model) Quotations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the complete quotation process for complex industrial, construction, and OEM customers within the electrical distribution business. This role ensures all bids are prepared accurately, competitively, and on time, while maintaining alignment with customer specifications, internal margin objectives, and operational capabilities. The Quotations Manager acts as the central point of coordination between inside sales, outside sales, procurement, engineering, and vendor partners ensuring that every quotation submitted is In-Spec, On-Time, and In-Full (ISOTIF) and supports overall business growth and profitability What You'll Do: Lead and manage the quotation team responsible for industrial and OEM project bids.
