The Landscaping Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily work assignments and supervising in areas related to maintenance in Harris County Precinct 2 Landscaping Department. The position supervises and oversees operations, maintenance programs and management of staff. Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, assign, and supervise daily landscaping and grounds maintenance activities across parks, facilities, and public areas, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Perform and oversee landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, irrigation, and general grounds upkeep. Operate and maintain light and heavy equipment such as mowers, tractors, trimmers, and blowers; ensure proper use and safety compliance by crew members. Inspect work sites and completed projects to ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintenance standards, and departmental procedures.
