Harris County Precinct 4 seeks a Director of Innovation. Reporting to the Chief Policy & Innovation Officer, the successful candidate will lead a team cultivating public-private partnerships and securing philanthropic and federal and state grant funding to advance Precinct 4s agenda. The ideal candidate will have a background in building partnerships, the ability to manage crucial stakeholder relationships, a drive to identify and cultivate potential new collaborators, and a successful track record in development and grants management. Additionally, the candidate should be a bold, dynamic leader capable of rallying support for causes, inspiring action from partners, and building impactful, efficient programs. This position requires occasional attendance at evening and weekend events.
