Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines as well as manual mills and lathes to support tool making activities.; Work directly with machinists in the tool making department to produce, adjust, and refine tools.; Perform tool maintenance, including inspection, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep tools in optimal condition.; Carry out manual surface grinding operations to achieve precise dimensions and finishes on tooling components.; Assist with tool calibration to ensure tools meet required specifications and tolerances.
