You will handle matters from early strategy through resolution, working closely with leadership on case development, motion practice, and trial preparation. Practice exposure includes: Complex commercial litigation Fiduciary litigation Professional malpractice Real estate disputes Construction defect Insurance defense and coverage Employment litigation General tort litigation Responsibilities: Lead and manage sophisticated litigation matters Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions Take and defend depositions Prepare cases for trial, including strategy and witness development Work closely with clients on high-level legal issues Mentor junior attorneys where appropriate What We're Looking For 6+ years of litigation experience Strong background in complex civil litigation (defense preferred) Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-level work product Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Trial experience or meaningful trial preparation experience is a plus This is not a volume-based practice.
