Pay & Details:

• Earn $75,000 - $96,000 per year
• Average $1,460 per week
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Additional $0.02 ($250) to $0.05 ($600) CPM Monthly Drive Your Pay Bonus for drivers who qualify

Referral Bonus - Mileage or Cash Pay:

• Increase Mileage Pay: Earn $0.02 per mile for 12 months for every mile you drive while your referred driver is active at ACT.
• Cash Pay: Earn $1,500 cash over 6 months while you and your referred driver are active at ACT.
  • $500 – 30 days after referral seats
  • $500 – 90 days
  • $500 – 180 days

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have 1 year of OTR truck driving experience (6 months in the last year) OR 9 months with a certified truck driving school
• No more than 3 jobs in past year or 7 in the past 3 years
• Must meet all requirements of and pass a DOT physical and DOT drug screen
• Must be able to successfully pass a hair test
