The Michael E. De. Bakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine seeks an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Business Operations to lead the divisions of Cardiothoracic Surgery and Cardiothoracic Transplantation and Circulatory Support. This position will be responsible for the daily operations, budgeting, and business planning activities that support the departments clinical, educational, and research missions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills to drive operational excellence in a dynamic academic medical environment. The role is expected to act as the highest-ranking administrative staff member in the Department of Surgery geographically located in the THI Cooley Building at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center, as such, this should be considered an in-person role.
