Cemex - - Responsibilities: Coordinate with Aggregates Manager the staffing of yard personnel during high volume days; Promotes safety within assigned aggregates yard and serves as an example using visible felt leadership; Safely operate front-end loader for loading of aggregate material in trucks; Perform railcar movement activities including switching, moving railcars, making safe connections, and clear communication between the ground and the locomotive operator; Perform regular preventative maintenance duties including, but not limited to, greasing and light maintenance
