Reports are being effectively completed and managed by assigned team to promote customer service excellence. Directly responsible for implementing a people strategy that supports training and skills improvement initiatives that achieve increased bench strength and improved career pathing for assigned team. Directs and leads team in achieving business strategies and plans in support of agreed upon objectives. Proven claims adjusting experience and extensive leadership experience within a claim technical operation, in-depth understanding of Workers Compensation claim handling and servicing requirements. Specialist knowledge of Defense Base Act claims is preferred. Leadership skills in direction setting, change management, customer focus and talent development.
