**C.H. Robinson** is seeking a Senior Logistics Representative to oversee and enhance critical operational processes for high-security shipments, including radioactives and explosives. In this role you will manage U.S. document compliance, coordinate export filings, and ensure strict adherence to national security protocols. You will drive process alignment across global regions, proactively identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions that reduce manual work. In this role you will collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to monitor, assess, and optimize logistics workflows for efficiency and compliance. You will play a key role in transitioning operations toward future-state process maps and supporting ongoing technical training.Experience and/or certification related to hazardous materials transportation, including IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) is highly preferred. Candidates with experience or current certification in these areas will be prioritized, however, C.H. Robinson will support required training and certification for the right candidate.Upon joining, you will spend the first few months in our Houston office to participate in training and onboarding. From there, the team member will sit on site with our customer, also based in Houston.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Navisphere/Integration+ Creation/deactivation of users+ Reporting setup/maintenance/distribution+ Ability to set up C.H.
