About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic advisor and liaison for the Justice of the Peace. The successful candidate will work closely with the Judge to manage court activities, prepare and administer budgets, and maintain fiscal records. This role involves overseeing talent acquisition, setting and achieving goals, and ensuring the development of schedules and standards for program activities. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for recommending policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and efficient operations.

Applicants must have a degree from an accredited college or university, a minimum of 4 years' of experience in relevant positions, and at least 2 years' of administrative or supervisory experience. Experience in government or project management, as well as a strong background in managing multiple projects and deadlines, is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of the justice system, court procedures, and local, state, and federal laws. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be advanced in the Microsoft Office suite, and possess excellent organizational abilities. A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are also key qualifications for this position.
