Sales and Marketing Coordinator

If you thrive on organization, collaboration, and bringing events and ideas to life, this role is for you. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Spring, TX, you'll play a key role in supporting sales teams, managing events, and driving marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all trade show activities, including registration, logistics, booth setup, and post-show follow-up
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify and support regional and representative-led trade shows
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Manage trade show schedules, deadlines, booth inventory, shipping, and on-site support
  • Maintain inventory of marketing and promotional materials (brochures, flyers, branded items)
  • Coordinate development and production of marketing collateral with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure sales teams and manufacturer representatives have access to current and accurate materials
  • Support updates to product catalogs, literature, and digital assets
  • Assist with sales campaign execution by coordinating timelines, distributing materials, and tracking progress
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Maintain representative firm contact lists and ensure alignment with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Utilize NetSuite, Trimble TraSer, and ConstructConnect to identify and track new business opportunities
  • Support EVP and VP of Sales & Marketing with presentations, reports, Lunch & Learns, and customer-facing materials
  • Track and report on sales activities, leads, and campaign performance
  • Gather and organize content for marketing materials (product information, images, copy updates)
  • Coordinate website and digital content updates with internal stakeholders and external marketing partners
  • Support email marketing campaigns and basic CRM management
  • Manage promotional item selection, ordering, and distribution
  • Assist with employee and representative firm spotlights and promotional content
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and internal celebrations
  • Manage logistics including venues, catering, transportation, and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing assets, events, and sales support activity
  • Track trade show performance, lead generation, and follow-up activity
  • Assist in compiling sales and marketing performance reports

Requirements for Sales and Marketing Coordinator:

Ability to read and write in English or Spanish, High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of inside sales or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), 1-2 years of experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), Ability to support quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements, Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) preferred, Experience coordinating trade shows, events, or marketing activities preferred, Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills preferred
