We are seeking a Manager of Finance to play a key role in advancing financial insight, decision-making, and performance visibility across the business. Based at our Houston, Texas headquarters, this role partners closely with finance and business leaders to turn data into insight and insight into action.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
Experience working within a heavily matrix environment
Demonstrated leadership and people-development experience
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Experience working within a distribution, industrial, or related industry highly preferred
Experience with OneStream and/or Eclipse ERP strongly preferred
