CNC Lathe Helper Responsibilities

• Assist Machine Operators: Help set up and operate CNC lathes under supervision, ensuring materials are loaded correctly and tools are in place.
• Material Handling: Prepare raw materials for machining, including measuring, cutting, and positioning them for processing.
• Tooling Support: Identify and organize the correct tools for each job and assist with tool changes during production runs.
• Quality Checks: Perform basic inspections of finished parts using measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet specifications.
• Clean & Maintain Equipment: Keep machines and work areas clean, lubricated, and free of debris to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Documentation: Record production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operation.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to machine operation guidelines. (Steel-toe shoes)

Schedule: Monday -Saturday 6 AM -4 PM
