The Global Indirect Procurement (GIP) team at HP is dedicated to driving strategic value across all business units by architecting and executing innovative sourcing strategies. Within the Telecom category, our team partners closely with executive stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost optimization, foster supplier innovation, and enable impactful technology initiatives worldwide. By leveraging deep market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration, we ensure that HP's software investments are both efficient and transformative, supporting the company's growth and digital leadership.

As a senior individual contributor in the Indirect Procurement organization, you will:

• Architect and lead high-impact Telecom category strategies that align with HP's business objectives.
• Influence and engage with executive stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing decisions and optimize cost structures across HP's business units.
• Serve as a senior negotiator in high-visibility supplier engagements, securing competitive advantages and fostering innovation.
• Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and global category management teams to enable seamless and compliant execution.
• Analyze market trends and business intelligence to inform long-term sourcing strategies and uncover areas for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
