A well-established and growing litigation firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys (2+ years) to join its expanding Injury Defense practice across Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking for strong mentorship, consistent case flow, and a clearly defined path to partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage injury defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and attend court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
• Represent clients in mediations and negotiations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license required
• 2+ years of litigation experience (insurance/injury defense preferred)
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $220,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
