What you'll be doing

• Leading the drafting and negotiation of customer and commercial agreements, including software and services-related contracts
• Working directly with internal teams to support deal flow and move agreements through to execution
• Advising on contract terms, risk allocation, and third-party provisions in a practical, solutions-oriented way
• Acting as a key legal partner to the business, translating complex issues into clear, actionable guidance

• 3+ years of experience handling commercial contracts (in-house or law firm)
• Strong negotiation skills and a business-minded approach to legal risk
