The Sales Director, Americas is responsible for leading the Energy+ direct sales organization to meet or exceed orders, revenue, and profitability objectives. You will drive sustainable, profitable year‑over‑year growth through deployment of the Energy+ strategy, building organizational strength and driving process improvements that support selling activities. The role reports to the Vice President, Energy+ Global Sales and is part of the Energy+ business unit headquartered in Port Washington, New York. This is a fully remote position.
The annual salary range for this role is 180,000 – 260,000 USD. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
