Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 5353 Westheimer Road - Responsibilities: Supervise food & beverage staff and communicate performance observations to the Food & Beverage Manager; Assist with managing food & beverage operations for restaurant, lobby bar and in room delivery service; Be present in restaurant and lobby bar, engage with guests and give hands on support to food & beverage staff to ensure guests expectations are exceeded; Train new hires and ensure service delivery consistently meets performance requirements and exceeds guest expectations; Inspect restaurant and conduct walk throughs to ensure opening and closing duties are consistently practiced
