The Administrator is responsible for facility operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Administrator collaborates closely with facility leadership, medical staff, governing boards, and USPIs Home Office to support consistent operations and sustainable performance. Key Responsibilities. Lead daily facility operations, including administrative, clinical support, and business functions. Serve as liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
