Responsibilities The Medical Assistant - NCT is responsible for performing patient care duties under the Medical Assistant scope of practice in the urgent care setting as follows: Performs radiology duties within the scope of practice as stated in NextCare Policies and Procedures, as well as the state appropriate Radiation Rules and Regulations.
