Location: Can commute to Houston, TX office OR Columbia, MD office.
Overview:
A growing Managed Service Provider is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for managed clients. This role focuses on strategic account management, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
You'll partner closely with engineering and project teams while helping clients align their technology with business goals through a consultative approach.
