This role works closely with Operations and Project teams to ensure the right people are deployed at the right time, supporting safe, efficient, and on‑time project delivery.3+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operationsExperience supporting field-based or project-driven teamsStrong organizational and coordination skillsProficiency with scheduling tools and spreadsheetsRenewable energy experienceExperience in working in an Independent Service Provider specifically with Asset Owners and or Service liftsYour Role Plan and allocate field resources across multiple projectsForecast staffing needs based on project schedules and prioritiesCoordinate mobilization, demobilization, and schedule changesTrack resource availability, skills, and certificationsMonitor utilization, overtime, and staffing efficiencyPartner with Operations and Project leaders to resolve staffing gapsImprove resource planning processes, tools, and reporting systems.Ensure staffing decisions align with FairWind safety standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.Verify personnel meet all required training, certifications, and site access criteria.Participate in cross-functional and ad hoc projects that support Operations objectives and workforce optimization.What we offer Work on impactful renewable energy projectsCollaborative, operations-focused team environmentOpportunity to influence project success and workforce efficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
