About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Licensure, Accreditation, and Enrollment to lead and govern a comprehensive regulatory control environment across its multi-state operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise strategy to ensure continuous compliance, support market expansion, and mitigate risk. This high-visibility role involves direct oversight of the design and implementation of centralized tracking systems for licenses, certifications, and accreditation statuses, as well as serving as the executive owner of the accreditation strategy. The VP will also be the key liaison with regulatory bodies during surveys and investigations, and will be expected to translate complex regulations into operational requirements, and implement monitoring systems to manage emerging regulatory risks.
Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in healthcare licensing, accreditation, enrollment, or credentialing, with a minimum of 7 years' in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of CMS supplier standards, DMEPOS accreditation, and multi-state licensing requirements is essential, as is direct experience with TJC, ACHC, HQAA, or comparable accreditation bodies. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, executive presence, and the ability to foster a culture of performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. The VP will be expected to partner closely with various internal teams and lead, coach, and evaluate department leaders to ensure the company's regulatory and compliance goals are met.
