Summary: Reporting to the Senior Director of Prospect Research and Management, the Associate Director of Prospect Research and Management provides key support to inform prospect strategies, collaborating with prospect managers to create and maintain prospect pipeline, providing appropriate analysis and reports to support decision making and systematically track progress. Additionally, the Associate Director of Prospect Research and Management plays a primary role in conducting research, categorizing prospects and donors in terms of interest and capacity, and determines when prospects should be moved to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship stages. This person will establish a respected and trusted role in navigating prospects and donors through the giving pipeline towards annual goals and KPIs.
