The Instructional Design and Implementation Manager (IDIM) - Math advances student achievement by designing high-quality instructional materials, resources, training and supports (with the degree of authorship varying by subject) and by leading high-fidelity implementation of network curriculum across regions. Grounded in the Science of Learning and aligned to MTSS Tier 1, 2, and 3 principles, the IDIM designs teacher and leader professional learning, builds regional capacity for instructional implementation, and uses student data, observation evidence, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement in instructional design and implementation so more students master grade-level content with fair access.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Location:
This is a full-time position based in Texas, with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.
Travel Expectations:
Up to 35% annually, with peaks up to 50% during adoption/launch windows and key training cycles; includes in-region school visits and occasional travel across regions (commercial air travel may be required).
