Manufacturing Manager

Coordinate and oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while maintaining established delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing orders and supervise production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Resolve production issues quickly to prevent delays in delivery schedules
• Manage inventory and maintain proper stock control
• Monitor production performance to ensure targets are met on time
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing
• Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high product standards throughout production
• Oversee incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper identification and process compliance
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company standards
• Train and support production staff on processes, equipment, and safety procedures
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team development

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred

Languages

• English (required)
• Spanish (preferred)

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production teams and other departments
