Manages 18-20 FTE's that function as coders, clerical or transcription positions. Meet HIM related federal, state, JCAHO, CMS regulations. Coordinate staff to meet documentation, reimbursement and quality standards. Monitor report processes in an electronic medical records system.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Health Record Administration. Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and CCS certification. Masters Degree preferred. A minimum of three (3) years as an Assistant or Manager of Medical Records. AHIMA credentials.
