Account Supervisor

Flex working position: In Houston HQ office and remotely per current schedule

Pierpont Communications, the largest independent communications firm in the Southwest with offices in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Denver, continues to grow in each of our core markets with industry leading clients around the world. The ideal candidates will have agency experience or a strong track record of PR/Communications, crisis and issues management and marketing. A proven leader of people and teams is preferred to add strategic depth to our deep senior team to support our growth. Energy, energy transition, technology and healthcare industry experience are a plus. Basic Function: Responsible for management of client service and strategic client accounts. Responsible for participating in our new business development system, promoting the firm in the marketplace and oversight/supervision of direct reports.

Experience: 8+ years

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience. Additionally, the employee will be eligible for incentive compensation program, 401k match, profit sharing and other benefits.
