Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare monthly financial statements. Annual budgets and annual reports (client and corporate). Manage day-to-day financial operations as assigned. Ensure accurate accounting, financial stewardship, and compliance with university, state, and federal requirements. Serve as the primary financial advisor to departmental leadership. Assist General Manager with budget preparation and financial reporting. Assist with event deal projections, event P&L analysis & event financial settlement. Prepare bi-weekly payroll for all salaried and hourly employees; coordinate human resource functions/policies. Prepare financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support planning and decision-making. Monitor expenditures and revenues to ensure alignment with approved budgets and funding sources.
