Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active New York (NY) Bar license (required)
• 3–8+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure and federal litigation processes
• Experience handling motions, depositions, and court appearances
• Trial experience is a plus
