Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provideexpert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, customizations, and optimizations for enterprise clients. As an SME, you will bridge technical and business needs, ensuring seamless integration of Dynamics solutions to drive operational efficiency, CRM/ERP functionality, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate has deep domain knowledge in Dynamics modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain) and a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on Microsoft Dynamics 365, advising on best practices for configuration, customization, and deployment across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess business requirements, design solution architectures, and map Dynamics functionalities to organizational processes.
• Lead Dynamics implementations, including data migration, workflow automation, integration with third-party systems (e.g., Power BI, Azure, Office 365), and testing phases.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and optimization support for Dynamics applications, resolving complex issues related to performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and deliver training programs, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users, developers, and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of Microsoft updates, roadmaps, and emerging features; recommend enhancements to align with industry trends and client goals.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership through case studies, whitepapers, or internal workshops.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing, data governance, and security standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP modules), including at least 3 years in a consulting or SME capacity.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certification (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-300 series).
• Proven expertise in Dynamics configuration tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies such as Common Data Service (CDS), APIs, and middleware (e.g., Logic Apps).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
