Plaintiff's law firm is seeking a Associate to join the employment and wage & hour team.

• 2+ years of experience litigation.
• Employment law preferred but not required
• Class/Collective action experience is a plus
• Must have significant experience handling depositions and attending hearings
• Needs excellent research and writing skills
