We are hiring a Director, Sales Operations based in Houston, TX at our Rogerdale location. This role provides direct leadership to the North America (NA) Field Service Operations Leader, Service Center Operations Leader, and Engineered Solutions Project Operations teams, ensuring alignedexecution across projects and services.
In this role you will deliver North American MSS (Measurement Solutions – Lifecycle Services & Engineered Solutions) trade sales (revenue recognition) through operational excellence in fulfillment, hub coordination, and customer‑facing execution support. This role owns the operational execution required to convert orders into recognized sales—coordinating intercompany delivery with MSS Global Hubs (Pune, Cluj, SEA), integrating North America LCS contributions, and ensuring superior fulfillment performance that enables the selling organizationto focus on double‑digit order growth.
As a critical member of the NA MSS leadership team, you are accountable for the delivery of NA MSS sales numbers through flawless execution. You serve as the primary local escalation leader for customer fulfillment challenges (not selling relationships), representing Hub capabilities and constraints in customer‑facing execution discussions when required. You participate in the Plan of Record (POR) process as the North America representative for sales delivery, operational readiness and execution readiness.
You are an execution leader who thrives in complex, matrix environments and brings disciplined operational rigor to customer‑facing delivery challenges. You communicate clearly, de‑escalate effectively, and translate execution realities into actionable plans that protect customer commitments and enable revenue recognition. You are comfortable holding cross‑functional teams accountable, driving closure, and improving execution systems over time.
