The Role
Handle general corporate transactional matters: entity formation, agreements, buyouts, governance, and estate planning crossover
Work closely with shareholders on routine and project-based needs
Draft, negotiate, and advise on corporate documents and strategies
Manage smaller deals and support larger matters
Compensation
Base salary $175,000+ (5 years) to low/mid-$250,000 (7–10+ years) depending on experience
Annual bonus based on collections and origination (strong incentive potential)
Location: Houston
Onsite with Flexibility — Primarily in-office (build trust for some flexibility over time, e.g., 4 days/week)
Must-Haves
5+ years of corporate transactional experience (law firm or in-house)
Proven ability to hit the ground running on day-to-day corporate work
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
