• Role: Senior Corporate Transactional Associate (5+ years)
• Need: Support busy shareholders with day-to-day corporate work plus smaller, partner-led projects needing focused attention

The Role

• Handle general corporate transactional matters: entity formation, agreements, buyouts, governance, and estate planning crossover
• Work closely with shareholders on routine and project-based needs
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on corporate documents and strategies
• Manage smaller deals and support larger matters

Compensation

• Base salary $175,000+ (5 years) to low/mid-$250,000 (7–10+ years) depending on experience
• Annual bonus based on collections and origination (strong incentive potential)

Location: Houston

• Onsite with Flexibility — Primarily in-office (build trust for some flexibility over time, e.g., 4 days/week)

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of corporate transactional experience (law firm or in-house)
• Proven ability to hit the ground running on day-to-day corporate work
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
