As a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions), you will leverage your growing expertise and passion for workforce management solutions to develop and enhance our People Consulting UKG practice. Working closely with our team, you will ensure clients achieve the maximum value from their workforce management investments. Your role will focus on understanding clients' current states and applying your knowledge and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
You will be a key resource on large-scale WFM related projects, primarily UKG WFM. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service and work products, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. Gain advanced knowledge of the UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central system. Support workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support. You will contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies (direct to end-client sales). Assist in facilitating working sessions for both internal and client teams, tailoring strategic objectives to meet specific client needs. Help create functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training documents, and implementation documentation. Analyze data or facts and assist in summarizing and presenting findings. Support thought leadership initiatives to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, or services. Participate in full life cycle activities (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support).
