The opportunity is to lead the South Region from our Houston regional headquarters. The VP will have full P&L responsibility across 16 product lines, lead and coach three Sales Directors and one Service Manager, and play a central role in shaping the region's strategy, culture, and future footprint as we enter a new phase of growth and investment with a new Houston facility.

Responsibilities
- Full strategic and operational responsibility for the South Region's P&L.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies across 16 product lines.
- Lead and coach three Sales Directors and one Service Manager.
- Drive strategic initiatives supporting the development of the new Houston facility.
- Expand market presence and customer engagement throughout the region.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and regional resource planning.
- Recruit and develop top commercial and service talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of management experience in sales or service.
- Experience in scientific instrumentation or related industries is preferred.
- Strong commercial judgement, leadership presence, and strategic mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the Southern United States.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
