Marmon - - Responsibilities: Efficiently and safely operate a variety of specialized machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines ensuring the right selection and set up is made regarding crane, lift or hoist; Inspects and assesses ground conditions as well as any possible overhead obstructions; Maintain equipment through daily inspections, to include performance of routine maintenance and minor repairs.; Maintain logs and records of operational activities; Maintain visual and radio communications with ground operators according to best practices and site safety regulations, and respond to questions and instructions clearly and quickly
